I understand that I am expected to read and study the Abuse Prevention Handbook and keep it for my personal records. I am responsible for knowing the content of the Abuse Prevention Handbook and Victory’s Protective Policies.

I understand that child abuse includes: physical, neglect, sexual and emotional.

I understand that child abuse and neglect occurs in all cultural, ethnic, occupational and socioeconomic groups.

I understand that every person is responsible for reporting suspected child abuse and neglect.

I understand that knowingly and willfully failing to report child abuse and neglect promptly is a misdemeanor.

I understand that it is mandated in state statue (Title 10A, Section 1-2-101) that no employer, supervisor, or administrator shall interfere with the reporting obligation of an individual.

I understand that a reporter of child abuse and neglect to the Hotline may remain anonymous but I must state to the reporting agent that I am calling on behalf of Victory Church or Victory Christian School.
