INSTRUCTIONS ON CAR REPAIR OUTREACH
CAR OUTREACH LOCATION: VCS/FACILITIES Back Parking Lot (7700 S. Lewis Bldg). Be there with Car and parts before or by 9am.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE: Ladies Only—Victory Ladies that are Members or Regular Attendees of Victory Church—Single or Married.
PLEASE READ BEFORE FILLING OUT THE APPLICATION
PROOF OF INSURANCE IS NEEDED to be eligible.
DO NOT FILL OUT THIS APP IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ATTEND
AFTER filling out this car outreach application, you are required to go to the counter after any Sunday morning service to pay a REFUNDABLE deposit of the exact amount of $5.00
You will receive a receipt after paying at the counter. You will be reimbursed when you SHOW UP with your receipt for your car appointment. THE DEPOSIT WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU DO NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT but it will be given as an offering to Victory Church in your name.
Always fill out an offering envelope when you come to church and check “Attendance Only” if you are not giving offering.
Notice: The stated car repair needs will be examined on your visit as a ministry of VCC hosted by Single Parent Ministry, a non-profit, 501(c) 3 Ministry. We do not undertake to inspect any of your vehicle’s parts or system for wear or performance unless noted. We try to see that these services are performed correctly, however, if you experience any problem with your vehicle related to these services performed, please immediately contact VCC Single Parent Ministry @ 918-491-7810 or by email MClinkscales@victory.com.

If a part or all of the system in your vehicle fails for any reason that is not due to the services we perform. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
Car must be brought to (VCS) Victory Christian School Cafeteria/Facilities Back Parking Lot. Your car and tag must be up to date and insured.
The Car Repair Outreach provides minor repair services, such as tune-ups, brakes, oil changes, belt changes (except timing belt), and diagnostic auto check
IMPORTANT: You must bring the needed parts for your car with you to the Car Repair Outreach. The Labor Is Free.
