We are taking time as a church to prepare our hearts for what God has in store this year by fasting and praying and digging deeper into God’s Word to hear His voice in this new year. You can join our Bible Reading Plan on the Victory app, join early morning prayer Mon-Fri 6:30am in the First Floor Chapel, and join us for a fast in the month of January for 21 days or whatever amount of days or ways you choose to fast.


Daniel Fast
The Daniel Fast or Daniel Diet is based upon the prophet Daniel’s dietary and spiritual experiences as recorded in the Book of Daniel in the Bible. It’s a partial fast that focuses very heavily on vegetables and other healthy whole foods, but leaves out any animal sources of protein.

Start with a clear goal. Be specific. Why are you fasting? Do you need direction, healing, restoration of marriage or family issues? Are you facing financial difficulties? Ask the Holy Spirit for guidance. Pray daily and read the Bible.
