Victory has partnered with Empower Global Leadership Academy to provide a 10-week, intense missionary training program that will equip missionaries for effective frontline, cross-cultural ministry around the world.

If God has called you to serve as a full-time missionary somewhere in the world, and you need hand-on, practical training in the field, then this is an experience you want to be a part of. Many who feel called to the mission field, often don’t know where to start. In this program, you will work hand-in-hand with seasoned, successful missionaries who will take you through rigorous training courses and ministry experiences. The training will include classroom, reading, research, labs and most importantly, direct cross-cultural ministry practice. All of the training will be facilitated by experienced missionaries.

Applicant Qualifications

Be committed to full-time missionary service in a foreign country within one year of completing the program.
Have graduated from a formal bible training course such as a bible college, seminary or approved church based bible school.
Be out of debt.
Commit to 10 uninterrupted weeks to complete the entire program.
Have a valid passport not expiring before the end of August 2019.

Have sufﬁcient funds to pay for the course and meet all ﬁnancial obligations over the 10 week course.
If married, attend with spouse.
Complete and sign the enrollment application.
Complete and sign the Release of Liability form. Sign a consent to perform a background check.
Provide full travel and health insurance for the duration of the 10 week training.
Provide proof of airfare and travel to Chiang Mai, Thailand to arrive on dates to be determined.
