If there's a museum in Heaven, there's probably a section dedicated to Revival. It probably wouldn't look like what you might assume. Our perspective of revival on earth is limited. We do our best to keep track, but there's more to it than that.

This is probably what you imagine when you think of revival: a large group of people coming together with newfound awareness of their soul's desperate need for God. We've named many of these events throughout history: The Great Awakening. The Welsh Revival. Azusa Street, The Jesus Movement. Brownsville, Asbury. These times were powerful, but not because of some random, magic reason. God does not give revival to cities. He gives cities to people who give themselves to Him.
