Growth Track

Growth Track at Victory happens every month in three consecutive Sundays, starting with Step One on the first Sunday of the month. It is designed to help you find your place and find your people as you get connected and discover the purpose God has for you. We would love for you to start at Step One, but you can jump in at anytime.

There’s no sign up or registration, simply join us at your campus to get started. Times and locations are listed below.

Step One | Second Floor Chapel

First Sunday of the Month | 12:45pm
(Following the 11:00am Service)

This step is a basic introduction to our church family. Pastors Paul & Ashley clearly explain who we are, what we believe, and how you can make Victory your home. This step provides lunch for you and your family; However, childcare is available in the 1st floor of our Victory Kids building for ages 6 weeks to 5 years old.

Step Two | Second Floor Chapel

Second Sunday of the Month | 9:30am

This step will help you discover how God uniquely created you. Through understanding your personality and unique gifts, you will be prepared to serve others in the way God designed.

Step Three | Second Floor Chapel

Third Sunday of the Month | 9:30am

This step is designed to help you develop as a leader as well as equip and connect you to the volunteer opportunities at Victory. Leadership is influence and we want to help you use your gifts and passions to make a difference in the lives of others. You will be strengthened in your character and leadership to help live out your purpose.
